About Estemarat Group
The Business Process and Estemarat Group Architecture department highlighted the various operational methodologies of each of its departments and their development initiatives. On the other hand, the Human Resources Department of Dubai Customs introduced criteria to evaluate employee performance, incentive systems, personal objectives, and their relationship with DC’s strategic objectives.
The Corporate Strategy and Excellence Department has developed mechanisms to implement corporate excellence practices in CD. At the end of the tour, the IT department explained its approach to information security, the smart initiatives it has launched, and its future plans for the development of the department. The visiting delegation warmly appreciated the strong commitment of Dubai Customs to achieve strategic synergy.
